Shipping & Delivery

At one of our goals is to provide a wide selection of products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order within 1-2 days the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

*Our products are shipped using UPS standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS.  

* shipping fees are equal to UPS shipping costs based on the weight of the item(s) ordered. 

*Shipments that are refused or undeliverable and it return to us, customer will be subject to 25% restocking fee plus shipping cost. UPS will charge $12 fee for address change on the package that is in transit. 

*UPS does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

*International order ship via UPS or USPS. Customers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Returns & Replacements
Customer's satisfication is our reputaion for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, we will help you with promt exchange or refund(a restocking fee          might be applied). 

*If items arrived damaged due to manufacturing defect or transit, please contact us to get a RMA number within 7 days of package receipt date, we will REPLACE the SAME items at no cost to customer. Unless the replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit on the store account. The store credit will be automatically apply toward your next order.
*All items return must have original tag / packaging and must contact us to get a RMA number within 7 days of package receipt date . If the items already been open and tagged for resell, then no credit will be issued.
*Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers will be  responsible for shipping charge on all returns except for damage replacement.

*NO return for all international order.

*All damaged/defective/wrong products must ship via USPS First Class Mail (1~13oz) or Priority Mail(14oz and up). Don't use USPS extra service such as Delivery Confirmed, Insurance .  

Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis. You will receive email for any update on the order, please make sure to add our email ( to your address book, so the email will not send to junk mail folder. Sometimes we will need to verify some information such credit card verification, shipping cost estimation, payment information, etc.. before we can approve the order. So in order to avoid any delay on the shipment, it is very helpful if can receive and reply our email on time.

Order Cancellation - For wholesale purchase, cancellation request must be submitted by phone. The request will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. We advised our customers to review the order carefully before completing  the transaction. However, due to the high cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already packed and shipped then any  cancellation will incur a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charge.

Liability - will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
